Do you want to hear a story? Heck, yeah. Grab your mat, some comfy clothes, and maybe a blanket too. The first hour will gently unglue and adhesions in your body and get you all relaxed to be a kid again. The sit, lounge, lay and get ready to hear a story, or even be a part of it. These Indian/Yoga myths will have you singing/chanting, certainly be entertained, and most importantly learn more about yourself. What better way to wind down a week than with a Friday night story.

Like asana, writing is a way to access your gutsiest voice, your truest heart and your most alive work! We alternate yoga, readings, writing prompts, and conversation to generate newfound inspiration.

This Vinyasa-based class synthesizes a non-dogmatic approach to understand your body’s range of movement through yoga poses (and more), and allows your own freedom as a mover to discover your body and a picture perfect you.
