As yoga teachers, we serve the community with a non-dogmatic approach to yoga: an approach that empowers students to move and explore in a variety of ways. This encourages freedom in body, mind and heart for every student who steps on a mat, takes a seat, or just breathes in their life. To share such a vision is a responsibility of the teacher to be at his/her best, and that comes when you are ROOTED in yourself: to be ROOTED in who we are, what we offer and why we share the things we do

In this module, you will:

  • Get clear on who you are right now as a teacher (and human being) and unearth your Sankalpa to accelerate your forward

  • Explore the conversations of Yoga

  • Read and reflect on Yoga’s authoritative texts

  • Apply Yoga’s rich philosophical foundation to your practice, teaching, and life

  • Revisit your foundation of asana studies through a new lens

  • Adding more poses give you more to teach with.
  • Refine and illuminate your understandings of physical anatomy in movement

  • Practice teaching with your newly acquired knowledge and receive one-on-one mentoring

  • Breathe new life and get healthier

ROOTED can be taken independently or as a part of your YA 300HR certification.  With our unique curriculum and pay per module pricing, modules can be taken in any order.

  • $600 with commitment for whole year
